1. In tally we can modify a voucher entry and Ledger if any time.
2. Tally displays the current balance of the both the ledger account (Debit & Credit) at the time of voucher entry
3. Tally provides the facility to give the password to the company to so the full giver because know the password.
4. Tally provides bill-wise-bill facility all ledgers using this voucher by tracking them with this bill number.

(Purchase खरीद हिंदी में नामे / Cash Incoming नगद / All Kind of Expenses सभी प्रकार के खर्चे )
(जो आएगा वह Dr. होगा माल / नगद / ब्याज आदि)
1. For cash recieve cash account a/c Dr.
2. For cheque draft, pay order recieve Dr.
3. Purchase all good from purchase account (itenwise) Dr.
4. Purchase Rotational assets for make head of his name Dr (Fixed Assets)
5. Sales good to party for party a/c Dr.
6. For give loan to party
7. All expenses Dr. (Name wise)
8. All losses name wise Dr.
9.Cash Paid to Party A/c Dr.
10. Cash Deposit for Security / Margin Money Security:- Margin Money A/c Dr.

विक्री (Sales -हिंदी में जमा - Cash Outgoing - सभी प्रकार की आमदनी का जरिया -Source of all kinds of income)
Example:- Bank Intrest Recived, Commission Recived, and all other income
Sales किसी भी प्रकार से हो वह Sales A/c में जायेगी

Note: Business owner के Personal Expenses Drawing A/c में जाते हैं
Sundry Debtors / Debit:- जिसने हमसे माल या सेवाएं प्राप्त की उनको Sundry Debtors कहते हैं , और जो भी सामान या सेवाएं प्राप्त की जाती हैं वह उसी के नाम से Debit की जाती हैं, Example:- Purchase A/c Dr., Furniture A/c Dr., (Cash Incoming) Cash A/c Dr., Salary A/c Dr. Etc.

Sundry Credtors / Credit :- जिससे हमने माल या सेवाएं प्राप्त की उनको Sundry Credtors कहते हैं , और जो भी सामान या सेवाएं दी जाती हैं वह उसी के नाम से Credit की जाती हैं, Example:- Sales A/c Cr.,(Cash Outgoing) Cash A/c Cr. Etc.
